The plain-English rules around the work.
This page explains the public website and advertised founding build. A signed project scope controls each client engagement.
Public demonstrations
The companies, situations, assumptions, numbers, and outcomes in the public hospitality, healthcare, and sports examples are fictional. They demonstrate working proposal mechanisms and are not client results, forecasts, guarantees, or professional advice.
The founding build
The advertised founding build is $5,000 for one custom interactive business proposal created from approved source material. The displayed scope includes original strategy and art direction, up to five decision-maker lenses, two refinement rounds, responsive and accessibility review, share and print/PDF review, handoff, and a 14-day defect-correction window.
A first working mechanism is planned within 72 hours after complete inputs arrive. A typical release is approximately seven business days. Final scope, dates, payment schedule, hosting, maintenance, ownership, confidentiality, and acceptance terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
What the client supplies
A project generally requires the approved proposal or business case, brand assets, stakeholder list, proof inventory, confidentiality rules, decision date, and one accountable content owner. The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplied facts and for having the right to use supplied content and assets.
New scope
Additional proposals, new audience or narrative systems, new languages, custom databases, authentication, complex integrations, or newly invented client content are separate scope unless the signed agreement says otherwise.
No promised outcome
Living Proposal Studio does not guarantee a sale, approval, award, ranking, conversion rate, or other third-party decision. The work is designed to improve clarity, relevance, memorability, and follow-through.
