This notice explains what Living Proposal Studio collects through this website and why.
Project inquiries
When you submit the project form, the studio receives the information you enter, including your name, email, company, project description, timing, referral source, selected goal, sample, reader path, and the page from which you contacted us.
The inquiry is stored in the studio’s private project inbox before email notifications are attempted. It is used to review your request, contact you about a discovery call, prepare for that conversation, protect the form from abuse, and maintain an appropriate business record.
To limit automated abuse, the form may temporarily store a one-way technical identifier derived from the submitting network address. It is kept in short time windows and is not used for advertising or visitor profiling.
Email confirmations
A valid submission may trigger a branded confirmation to the address you provided and a private studio notification. The confirmation states that someone from the studio will contact you soon to schedule your discovery call. No third-party tracking pixel is intentionally added to these messages.
What we do not do
- We do not sell the personal information submitted through the project form.
- We do not ask for passwords, payment-card details, or confidential proposal files through the public inquiry form.
- We do not use public demonstration content as evidence of client results.
Retention, access, and deletion
Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the conversation, legitimate business records, security, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email hello@livingproposalstudio.com. Some records may need to be retained when required for legal, security, or contractual reasons.
External services and links
The website is hosted using Cloudflare infrastructure. If a page links to a separate calendar, email application, signature platform, payment provider, or client-controlled service, that service operates under its own privacy terms.
Changes
This notice may be updated as the website and studio services change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
